The cholera pandemic has continued to spread and is affecting several citizens.

The fight against the pandemic has attracted a multi-sectorial approach and the Road Development Agency (RDA) has teamed up with contractors through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by providing earth moving equipment for use by the cholera prevention and mitigation exercise being undertaken by the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU).

AVIC International Project Engineering Company has provided two tipper trucks and an excavator for the

cholera prevention and mitigation exercise while Sable Transport and Construction Limited has provided three tipper trucks and one front-end loader.

Last week, Geo-Engineering Corporation also provided five tipper trucks and one excavator for the same exercise.
