The scope of works involves the following:
- Clearing and grubbing;
- Road bed preparation;
- Selected fill layers;
- Culvert installation;
- Subbase construction;
- Rigid pavement construction (concrete road);
- Lined drainage on both sides;
- Construction of side walks; and
