The RDA Board of Directors is appointed by the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. The Board provides strategic oversight, sets policy direction, and ensures the Agency operates in accordance with its mandate and applicable laws.

The Board operates through specialised committees that examine key areas of the Agency's work in depth and make recommendations to the full Board.
Reviews and provides guidance on road design standards, construction quality, and technical specifications.
Oversees financial management, internal controls, and policies related to administration and governance across RDA
Oversees internal controls, external audit, and risk management across RDA.
The Board is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RDA, approving annual work plans and budgets, and ensuring the Agency delivers on its mandate.
The Board meets at least four times a year and reports to the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. Board members serve in a non-executive capacity and are drawn from a range of professional backgrounds including engineering, finance, law, and public administration.
