It is responsible for the strategic planning, design, and development of infrastructure projects, and Conducts studies, prepares plans and designs, develops project specifications, and ensures that projects meet technical, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Construction and Rehabilitation
Responsible for the planning, design, construction, upgrading, and rehabilitation of infrastructure assets.
Road Maintenance
Responsible for preserving and improving road infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation
Public Private Partnership
Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships between the public and private sectors to deliver infrastructure and services.
Vehicle Load Management
Vehicle Load Management involves regulating and monitoring the weight and distribution of loads carried by vehicles to ensure road safety, protect infrastructure, and comply with legal weight limits.
Finance
Responsible for managing an organization's financial resources to ensure accountability, sustainability, and efficient operations.
Legal Services
Provides legal advice, support, and representation to ensure the organization operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
